CANCELLATION POLICY
We have a 2 hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 2 hours before the start of your appointment time to avoid a fee equivalent to 60% of the price of your full service.
If you must cancel or reschedule within 2 hours of your appointment, we will work to fill the appointment with another client. If we are successful in filling your appointment time, you will not be charged a cancellation fee.
ALL APPOINTMENTS REQUIRE A CREDIT CARD TO BOOK, WHETHER ONLINE OR OVER THE PHONE. The system will not authorize a payment unless the cancellation policy needs to be enforced. During online booking, you can choose not to keep your card on file in your Square account by not clicking the checkbox under the space where you enter your credit card information. In that case, the card information is held confidentially in Square only until the time of your appointment.
